What Can LEAD Do For You?
The Twin Cities harbors thousands of bright and ambitious young professionals interested in solving complex social problems. It’s time LEAD starts connecting our talented young professionals with nonprofit organizations like yours.
Increase awareness and raise capital
We sponsor and host fund raising events that highlight nonprofits actively engaged in addressing a variety of needs in our community. The focus of the event is on you, what you do, how you do it, why you do it, and most importantly, how our audience (young professionals) can help you do it better. The sponsored nonprofit also receives a portion of all event proceeds.
Facilitate volunteer placement
Our community of young professionals includes certified accountants, tech savvy marketers, financial wizards, laywers, gifted writers, and more. From identifying the position to helping you fill it, LEAD makes it easy to find the candidate to fill your needs. We help you to connect to exceptional young professionals for impacting leadership and volunteering opportunities. If your organization lacks a specific skill set, we have the solution for you.

Eligibility: Whenever possible, we select charities certified by the Charity Review Council. If certification has not been obtained, each organization will be assessed by a certain set of characteristics. Find out if you are Eligible.
Process: Once LEAD selects a sponsored organization – the fun begins! We handle logsitics of the event while you work on dazzling the LEAD supporters in attendance. Learn more about our Process.
